Love love love the service and results!
Totally disappointed ! Requested and paid for a wash , style cut and blow dry from a senior stylist . This attached photo is what I got . I needed to then go to another salon to get “this” fixed . Shame on you Colourloft !
Leila and Jumanah are absolutely amazing at what they do and always deliver exceptional results. They also are both so so lovely !!! 🩷
Lots of issues with this place: 1. Waited 35mins for service when an appointment was already made. An apology would have sufficed, but as I was paying after the service I was made to feel that I was in the wrong for asking how long the wait would be??? Being busy is fine, but diary management is a bear minimum in running a business. 2. Hair wash was rushed (to cover lost time presumably), aggressive, water temp too high, splashed every where and down my neck 3. Can’t recommend Colour Loft Hair & Beauty Warehouse enough! Joumana is incredibly talented at what she does and always make you feel comfortable and welcome from the moment you walk in. She is also so patient and really takes the time to listen to exactly what you want. She explains everything clearly, gives honest advice, and never rushes the process.
