The team at Colour Cosmetica went above and beyond to make sure not only my wedding was sensational but also the lead up to such a big event. This was easily the worst salon experience of my life and ruined what was an important evening event in Adelaide for me. I have requested a full refund from Colour Cosmetica, but have not received a response. Here's exactly what happened and why I believe a full refund is warranted. Visited the Colour Cosmetica Beauty Studio for the second time today. The place is professional and clean which is the first thing I look for. They have modern equipment (important as I was getting IPL hair removal). The first time I was SO impressed with the results.
