I took in my 2019 VW Atlas for repairs after a hit and run. This group was fantastic from top to bottom. Great customer service, willing to answer my questions and help out. Stacey was very kind and accommodating too me. The curtesy vehicle shop is also conveniently located a block up the road, I would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for a shop or has an ICBC claim. 5/5, great work everyone at Toms. Thank you!
Absolutely amazing experience! Very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, courteous staff. They rented a beautiful car for me, kept me up to date with repair schedule and my car looked wonderful when I picked her up! In my opinion, definately the ONLY place to go for your auto repairs. They also have really cool tunes playing in the auto shop Angelina

Excellent body work! I had my Audi S5 coupe brought in to be serviced for a large scrape and dent on the right passenger side and quarter panel. The work was flawless and looked brand new after the work completed. Though it took a bit longer than expected, the shop offered a courtesy car and kept me informed on the progress. Special thank you to Stacey and Scott for being amazing with communication. The paint looked perfect too and they were kind enough to detail the car after completing the repair. Would recommend.
Repair work was completed really well, and my vehicle was returned spotless inside and out!
