Our kitchen was remodeled 2 years ago but the remodelers were supposed to match our oak cabinets that we wanted to save from one side of the kitchen. I was referred to this business by another business. I first received a rough estimate online. After that Andrew W***** came out to do any actual quote for the project. He was very helpful and spelled out the whole process should i choose to use them to paint my kitchen cabinets. There was no pressure during that meeting and I was free to contact them with any other questions and to let them know If I decided to move forward. We recently purchased a new home which was completely finished when we bought it. We did not like the interior color since it was too dark for us and the same color was used on the ceiling and walls. We contacted Colorwheel for an estimate. Andrew W***** came to the house before we moved in and we said we wanted the ceilings painted, however not the walls. Dealing with this company was a total nightmare. As one of the other reviewer’s had stated it was supposed to make our home improvement project easier but it actually caused a lot more stress. For example, you never knew when the painters were going to show up and neither did my project manager. I have to go to work and I was told the painters are coming so I left my garage door propped open a bit so that they could continue on working. When I returned home that night they never came. Working with Colorwheel LLC has been nothing less than a disaster! We are so disappointed that we ever worked with Colorwheel LLC, as having someone paint and repair our home was supposed to make life easier to move into our new home and prepare for a new baby. Instead it has added so much unnecessary stress and missed work due to the amount of times we had to continuously meet with Mike and his team because the job was not completed properly the first, second, third, etc. time. First and foremost, let me preface this review by stating that Colorwheel Painting provided me with the absolute best customer service experience that I have ever had in my life!!! I hired Colorwheel to come in and re-stain/varnish our existing kitchen cabinets from their original oak finish to that of an espresso/java finish. The Colorwheel team was nothing but professional from the beginning to end of the project. We had the oak cabinets in our kitchen and two bathrooms painted. They look like new. Absolutely beautiful job. The painters are respectful and keep everything neat and clean. I would most highly recommend this company!
Color Wheel stained a oak bi fold door to match our casing, and did a "great" job! It took a little while, but it was worth the wait and on top of it the cost I thought was just right. The only reason they did not get a 5 star was because all communication is done through emails and nothing over the phone.

Regarding the review...we'd simply like to point out to any other people reading this that the job took "a while" because the customer provided stain match was not right, and they took it upon themselves to handle alterations -which is totally fine- but delayed things. We also are happy to talk on the phone with our customers and did so on several occasions with the customer, though YES, email was used a lot too. Thanks!
Quite satisfied w/ completed work: painting of Mud Room-ceiling/walls; Kitchen-walls; Great Room ceiling (18 ft) & walls. Extra care taken w/ woodwork & wood flooring. We are picky people & quite often when having work done, something gets damaged or overlooked. Andrew Wilson was our contact person & facilitated the job to our satisfaction. Thanks!!
