I hired this company for wood floor installation, but the results were very disappointing. The crew rushed through the work and didn’t seem to pay attention to details. After installation, I noticed gaps between several boards and uneven areas that made the floor feel rough when walking on it. I contacted them about fixing the issues, but they delayed responding and never scheduled a proper repair. For the price I paid, I expected much higher quality workmanship.
This was not a good experience at all. The installation took longer than promised, and the workers left dust and wood scraps all over my house. Some planks were scratched before installation, yet they were still used instead of replaced. The finish also looks patchy in certain areas. I regret choosing this company and would not recommend them to anyone looking for professional wood flooring services.
