I went to get highlights for my hair. When she washed it and went to brush my hair chunks of my hair was coming out. Then had the nerve to tell me that was normal. I have been getting highlights for years and that has never happened. Then I wake up this morning and more chunks of my hair is on my pillow so I am losing my hair because she damaged my hair so badly. I will never be going back here again. Very disappointed with the customer service. My husband went to this salon and waited over 20 minutes without anyone ever acknowledging him. There were two hairdressers working—one was busy, and when the other finished with her client, she walked into a room and never came back out. He waited another 20 minutes and still, not a single word from anyone. No greeting, no “we’ll be right with you,” nothing. It’s incredibly frustrating to be treated like you’re invisible.
