Mia did a great job,! the only i can make is a little observation about the furniture meaning the chairs the salon has are falling apart, the chair i was using for washing my hair was practically broke, the owner should be changing those.
I scheduled an appointment over the phone and arrived on time, only to be told—without prior notice—that it had been canceled. The employee assisting me was kind and apologized, saying they would try to squeeze me in, though I might have to wait. However, what truly shocked me was the manager’s behavior.
