The Coral Springs location called me to “resolve” an issue, but instead made things worse. I purchased a prepaid package and have already received part of the services. When I asked for a refund for the remaining balance, since I cannot continue receiving services, they refused to return any money. This is unacceptable and unprofessional.
Very disappointing and unprofessional experience. I returned to this location because I purchased a package during my first visit, otherwise I would not have come back. During my second appointment, they stained my clothes and left me completely soaked, with no proper care or apology. For this third appointment, I was scheduled one week in advance.
