It all depends on your stylist Colorific is a drop in hair coloring salon. They specialize in quick highlights and color. Unfortunately I did not have a very good experience. My stylist put a zillion highlights in my hair and they came out very very brassy. I had to go back in a couple days to get it fixed (which she did do for free), but my hair was in awful shape after all of that! Ask for Kayla Ask for Kayla. She is experienced and does an excellent job. She gave me the best cut I have ever had and the color was beautiful. She worked quickly but she did not take any shortcuts in working with me. I was very impressed. I can't speak for any of the other girls...I have only gone to Kayla at Colorific. She's amazing and worth the money!
5 Star Salon I think that it is a 5 star salon with very affordable prices. I have always had very good experiences at Colorific. I leave feeling beautiful and relaxed. I think that the people that have bad things to say just went in and went to anyone. Like other places you have to know and trust your stylist. You should ask around before you go in to a salon and make sure you know what you are doing. Not happy Price was too expensive for little experience. Will never go there again! All the girls there did not know what they were doing, they all seemed to be just out of school, which is okay. You need the practice, but seriously have a trained profession watch over you. Don't charge people an arm and a leg for something that is done by a trainee. I've had better haircuts from my mother when I was a kid. At the worst part....my hair broke off from my over bleached highlights and I even had healthy hair! Not to mention the... read more
Pricey They have a nice salon off Veteran's parkway that carried Schwartzkopf brand products (which I love and are hard to find)! I did not like this place because one would think for $75 you would get the most perfect color and cut. NOT AT ALL... it took 2 hours to color and cut my hair, which I might add is about 1.5 inches long, and BLONDE!! How hard is it to color blond hair? Appearantly very.
Whole Family Goes My Children ages 10 & 12 as well as my husband and myself always use Colorific. Stevie Fox Does an amazing job. I have had Highlights, Lowlights, and Cuts. My Husband and 2 kids just get cuts. The products from Make-up to Hair are great. Affordable prices for a top notch service. Stevie always remembers us and you can be sure to see the most current color and cut on her!!!
