I’ve been going here for 7 years now, Haley always does a good job on my eyebrows. No complaints. The few times I’ve let the other lady Tina do my eyebrows something goes wrong. This last time (yesterday..November 9th) she ripped a piece of my hair out with the wax. And still made me pay for the service I left without causing any ruckus but I’m highly disappointed & upset. There was a lack of sincerity & I could hear her chuckling.
