Dr. Rao is exactly what you want in a booty doctor. I'm never embarrassed to talk about the nitty gritty with him and I feel completely at ease discussing my symptoms and nightmares associated with my Crohn's disease with him. For 10 years, I have had a persistent abscess that literally has made my life hell. It's really not something you want to talk to a lot of people about. It's embarrassing, and quite frankly gross. I met with a doctor at this office for 15min while visiting Honolulu. He inspected me and found nothing even though another doctor in LA was able to find something serious that this doctor had missed. He charged me $100 for the visit upfront as someone uninsured and I thought this was the end of it. Months later I receive an additional bill for $400….for a 15min visit where he could not find anything. Really I should sue this doctor for malpractice. At best their office is extremely predatory with billing. Stay away.
Dr. Krishna Rao was supportive, knowledgeable and willing to discuss procedures and potential side effects. He really wanted me to feel ok during my visit.
Dr Rao put me on his surgery schedule and changed my life.
