I have been experiencing severe pain in my foot, since November, from an incident that happened in my previous nursing home, and KEPRO keeps denying me MRI scans so we can figure out just what is wrong with my foot. My doctor has put in FOUR requests & Kepro keeps denying us this imaging. This pain has been so bad, that I’m about ready to kill myself. I CANNOT get any help for my foot, because of KEPRO.
