Headache after headache. Take your business elsewhere! Absolutely not worth saving a few bucks versus the other quotes we received, unless you want to project manage absolute chaos and follow up weekly. Craftsmanship was satisfactory but customer service was beyond horrible. I’ve never experienced anything like this. We have followed up about 10 times as we’re going on 9 months of waiting for our final window that they forgot, even though it was in all the paperwork and quotes. We ordered 13 windows and they did a solid job of installing 12 of them, but about a WHOLE YEAR has gone by and they still have not delivered or installed this last window. They keep coming up with excuses and saying the window will arrive in a few weeks. We don't think we will ever get this window and have had to go with another window company. If you need the job done in a timely and reliable manner, STAY AWAY. They just can't get the job done sadly and save yourself the frustration, even if they provide the best quote.
