This office rarely answers the phone. Have had to go to the office to schedule or change appointments. This is appalling customer service.
Those hands do amazing work
Best pain doctor in the city. His staff is great and he is the best by-far with pain injection shots, highly recommend! I have been going to him for years.
They are not very friendly or helpful. The provider is rude and condescending. I feel like a drug addict or something the way I get treated and I’m only trying to take care of my pain.
I have yet to have anyone return my calls. My pcp faxed them a referral 1/9/26, never heard from them so called 1/14/26 leaving a message and have yet to receive a return call.
