They send you messages in patient portal saying they will schedule you but a week later they send a letter from office manager stating you are banned and unable to see any of their drs. They abandoned me with no options. Or prior notification. Sounds like medical abandonment to me and that can lead to lawsuits
Excellent Doctor and support staff. Very professional. BUT... you had better take a chair or something to sit on, as the line, at reception can be 20 to 25 people, and it takes a LONG TIME IF YOU ARE IN PAIN! Until you are "processed", you will be expected to stand in line, with no seat available. I had to leave because my level of pain did not work with the slow admittance. In my opinion this is "callous indifference" to the people seeking help.
STAY CLEAR OF Dr. Roger Sung. He has zero concern for you as a patient after your surgery is over. His sole purpose is money, not in your recovery or your long term health. CHOOSE ANY OTHER surgeon over him and make sure to not refer him to anyone you care about, I definitely have protected my friends and family against him.
