My son was at his dentist on Thurs for a tooth ache. His dentist said he needed his 4 wisdom teeth removed & assisted in scheduling a next day appt w Dr. Ringer whose staff spoke w my insurance rep & me by phone explaining their direct billing & what I need to pay. We received written pre-op instructions. Upon arrival at Dr. Ringer's office, his staff handled steps professionally. We met Dr. Ringer & his associate Thalia in advance. All done in about 1 hour & they gave him ice cream to go.
Dr Ringer and his staff were wonderful! Everything was explained to us in detail before my daughter’s procedure. We left knowing everything to expect for her post-op. Dr. Ringer even called himself later in the day to check on her! Great experience!
