The staff is the most knowledgeable in town, by far! Several of their staff are competition(KCBS) smokers. They have an incredible variety of products. I tell all my friends, if they can't find it in this store, they probably shouldn't be using it.

Get down to CSGS and get yourself a smoker and some rubs like this Kosmos southern chicken!! This stuff is awesome on some yard bird!! The guys there are great and the products they carry are top notch! Keep up da good work guys!

The guys are knowledgeable and skilled with smoking any type of meat. Not to mention they are just a fun bunch on top of it all.
Great store with a good location and showroom. Kevin and Deon have been great and helped take my BBQ to the next level with helpful cooking and prep tips.
I ordered a grill and was told 4-6 week build time. 8 weeks later still no grill and was told it was going to be ready this week now they say another couple weeks. So now they say I was told 8-12 weeks when I ordered it which is a lie. They choose to keep my deposit hostage when I could’ve went to Denver and picked up the same grill months ago and not had to wait all summer. I recommend shopping else where.
