I called this company when a larger more advertised company couldn't match my schedule for 3 days. to give me an estimate. I called C/S Drain and they had a plumber at my home in 3 hours. Service was provided on site within a hour of call on a Sunday. Guys stayed and worked until the hot water heater was installed. Due to a **************** Utilities outage, the plumbers were not able to test the unit. One plumber came back the following morning before his shift to connect the water, snake the drain in the crawl space, and test the unit. He was helpful and I was glad that I had a drain specialist as well to handle the unexpected backup.
