TERRIBLE. $95 to diagnose, no problem. Said they would get back to me on repair cost. 1 week passed, they finally answered their phone and told me that the guy that does these repairs is on medical leave. Then changed the story and said they can fix it for $1400. The appliance is 2 yrs old and $699 new. The tech could’ve told me that during the service call. I never give a bad review, I just don’t ever go back. They argued their missteps like it was my fault. **UPDATE** The manager refunded me $95
