On time and friendly service. Diagnosed problem and ordered part to fix it. Installed without any issues!

Updating my review as was contacted by the technician. They got to us quickly and were pleasant to work with.
TERRIBLE. $95 to diagnose, no problem. Said they would get back to me on repair cost. 1 week passed, they finally answered their phone and told me that the guy that does these repairs is on medical leave. Then changed the story and said they can fix it for $1400. The appliance is 2 yrs old and $699 new. The tech could’ve told me that during the service call. I never give a bad review, I just don’t ever go back. They argued their missteps like it was my fault. **UPDATE** The manager refunded me $95
Been trying for 4 weeks+ to get a refund for a $350+ part that was not used and returned. Office help very helpful - service/parts department a minus 10. Update - The owner reached out to me and apologized for the delay. Hey everyone deserves second chance.
