My first time trying Frontier and I must say I won't be on it ever again. My friend and I planned a trip to Vegas. First they charge 45.00 for a carryon luggage. I always go on delta and I never get charge for a carryon luggage. Secondly, we have to be there 2hrs for our flight. We waited almost 14hrs for them to cancel our flight due to a maintenance issue. When getting to the very long TSA lines, you could not see what line was what, so if you ended up in TSA precheck line then you had to get out and now go stand in the right lane. Then going through the scanner every single female had to be patted down and then they did a chemical test on her hands and then I checked every single piece of luggage and all I had in my luggage was a blanket my wallet and a banana. Small airport, not like any I've ever been to. Staff was great. No stampeding crowds. TSA was fast and friendly. I will travel in and out of this airport anytime. Especially since family lives in the Springs. It's convenient for me and family when I fly in from Virginia.
This was my first time flying from Colorado Springs Airport.... It was great. Far easier getting to and so fast getting through security. Staff was friendly. Will definitely be using it more 😁
