I had tried Physical Theapy several times without any improvement. After a couple of injuries last year, my orthopedic specialist, Dr. Yanni Zinnis (who is the BEST) recommended very specifically Stefan at Colorado Spine Therapy. Stefan should have a patent on his capability. His ability to target an individual and design a program specific to their problems combined with an honest and caring personality makes the process of getting help a pleasure.

I can't tell you what the scientific difference is, but I have used Stefan's group for years and can't imagine going elsewhere. That is, I went for a few sessions on my lower back and now never have a problem that his solution(s) don't fix. I went for something different, same thing. I joke he has magic hands, but I am told it's the training (and, of course, doing the exercises!).
