I have been a customer for the last 20 years and have always loved the products. I’ve even continued to order product when I moved to another state. However, the new packaging has created a 15-20% waste that never excised before! Yes, prices have increased on everything; but shouldn’t that create a desire for better customer care? Please reconsider the old jar form of packaging or I will need to reconsider my consumer dollars with your company. Thank you
