Unfortunately this restaurant has gone downhill. It’s really unfortunate because it was so good before. Nothing tasted the same and no one was there on a Saturday night, now we know why.
Great food. Kid freindly
Closed May 11th by the health department for live and dead roaches as well as 60 fling insects. Unproper sanitation among other issues. We only ate here once. The carpet smelled bad and the food was terrible. Not surprised there were roaches. Don't eat here.
We have enjoyed Colorado's Prime for several years, though we wish we'd jumped on the bandwagon much sooner! Excellent, kind service every time, but tonight's care was delivered by Adrianna. The food can't be beaten for the value: steaks cooked to perfection with enough seasoning to still let the beef be the star of the show. We’ve gone to Colorado Steakhouse for a number of years, but tonight is our last visit. The food has gone downhill! Tonight I ordered an 8 oz filet mignon and it came out looking like a hamburger. It was LESS than 1/2 inch thick and as big around as a small hamburger. When I asked to see the manager, he came out and said it was the fatter around piece of the fillet, which meant it was cut thinner. He told me it was 8 ounces and I know it wasn’t anywhere near that.
