David with Colorado Roofing and Remodeling installed a new roof and gutters for us. They were great to work with! They took care of everything- the insurance claim, ordering the building permit, city inspection and scheduling. Their crew was here on time and finished the entire roof in 1 day. I had a great experience with David and Colorado Roofing and Remodeling. I filed a hail damage claim and then reached out to David for a quote to replace my roof. He met me at my house and walked me through the process, and provided me a detailed quote right away. The roofer crew was super efficient, friendly, and courteous. Colorado Roofing and Remodeling installed a new roofing system on my rental property. David communicated clearly every step of the way with me by creating a very easy to follow plan. It was executed just as he explained it would. David took care of all the communication with my insurance company saving me the hassle and time. 5/4/2018 - A quick follow up to great work I received from CO Roofing and Remodeling. Just yesterday I noticed a wet spot in my ceiling after a few days of rain. Immediately thought this must be a roof problem so I reached out to David that evening. He personally showed up the next day with his experienced crew chief to inspect the issue. It ended up being an egregious error by my siding contractor who put holes in my roof to shore up their scaffolding and failed to repair them. We needed a roof replacement with a short time frame as our house was under contract. David and Colorado Roofing and Remodeling pulled off in time for our closing. The crew was excellent to work with, timely and clean. Everyone was pleasant and easy to communicate with. No issues working with our insurance claim. Worst company I have ever had to work with. Great at first but once there is a contract they disapear, make threats and break agreements and mislead.
I cannot say enough about David and his company. They replaced skylights in our home and repaired drywall. David was responsive and welcoming of questions, thorough in his evaluation of our roof (even replacing some flashing without charging us!) and communicative throughout the process. We were not happy with the quality of one skylight and David would not accept payment until it was replaced to our satisfaction.
