Communication and professionalism of this company could not be any worse. I used their services as a landlord and have had constant issues. They tried to charge me for hundreds of dollars of cleaning fees months after a new tenant had moved in and I had already paid for the cleaning once. UPDATE: This is the 2nd time in two months that we haven't been able to reach anyone about basic habitability repairs in our home. It is crazy that I feel the need to post on a Facebook page and Google Review in the hopes that someone sees it and provides assistance or even just lets us know what's going on when our children are sleeping in rooms that are in the 80s and 90s. I was scheduled to enlist the property management services of Colorado Realty and Property Management, Inc., however a couple of weeks before I was scheduled to move out of my townhome, the apartment I was moving to, pushed the date back again by two months, and I had to cancel the services, which technically HAD NOT commenced, as I decided to remain in my home.
