Very poor experience. My belongings were discarded from my garage without permission (including a working fridge), fees were excessive with no flexibility, and it took six months to place a tenant. Communication was almost nonexistent — emails and calls went unanswered. I felt unsupported and would not recommend.
So this property management company is just like the others, sometimes they are good and sometimes they are horrible. You will never get a hold of anybody in management. In the 14 months that I lived in their property, nobody above the person answering the phones was ever available. Communication and professionalism of this company could not be any worse. I used their services as a landlord and have had constant issues. They tried to charge me for hundreds of dollars of cleaning fees months after a new tenant had moved in and I had already paid for the cleaning once. When I told them I wasn't paying again, they backtracked and said it was the old tenant that they meant to bill over 6 months after they left. UPDATE: This is the 2nd time in two months that we haven't been able to reach anyone about basic habitability repairs in our home. It is crazy that I feel the need to post on a Facebook page and Google Review in the hopes that someone sees it and provides assistance or even just lets us know what's going on when our children are sleeping in rooms that are in the 80s and 90s.
