If I could leave zero stars I would. This company is garbage. We rented our house with them for 2 years while we’re overseas and they didn’t do a single they they said they would. We paid hundreds of dollars to get it “move in ready” and then find out after firing them 2 years later none of those things were actually fixed. They never checked on the house- 6ft weeds with HOA violations and damage to concrete. Tenants installed an electric car charger without our permission. Update 2026: Unfortunately, I have to update this review because the quality of their service has recently taken a decline. Lately, their communication has become noticeably slower and much harder to rely on. Most concerningly, they just made a critical mistake on a lease renewal. Instead of treating the error with the urgency it requires, I feel the issue is not being addressed quickly enough. Excellent service especially from Danielle Christ, the maintence supervisor for our property.
I had an extremely disappointing experience with this rental company and would not recommend them to anyone. One of the most frustrating parts was that I never received any follow-up regarding my application. I was not informed whether I was approved or if they decided to go with another applicant. Being left completely in the dark shows a clear lack of professionalism and respect for people’s time. Overall, the lack of communication and basic professionalism made this a negative experience. Very poor experience. My belongings were discarded from my garage without permission (including a working fridge), fees were excessive with no flexibility, and it took six months to place a tenant. Communication was almost nonexistent — emails and calls went unanswered. I felt unsupported and would not recommend.
