I have been working with Kacee to use the the portal for getting bills, etc. She has been so responsive and helpful. Kudos to her for true customer service!
Can’t wait for someone to take these corporate landlords to court over the excessive fees in the lease. Gotta pay to move out at the end of the lease, gotta pay to renew the lease. They’ve engineered a beautiful nickel and dime scam that courts should have fun with.
I think your experience is dependent on pure chance. I know of two previous tenants who had a poor experience, and I also had a poor experience. Current tenants haven’t encountered many issue yet. It’s a shame they don’t care for their properties. When I moved into the rental unit, it wasn’t even cleaned - there were pubic hairs in the shower and food remnants in the fridge, furniture from previous tenants left in the unit for me to deal with, and none of the nails in the walls were removed and when I asked they be removed, ... read more
