This is a terrible landlord management company and filled with even worse people. This company can and will put a piece paper over a persons well-being. I had maintenance request I contacted them about back in April over the phone for the defects . As the functionality of my portal was restricted due to unnecessary fees they wanted me to pay and I could not submit written request. They completely ignored my request for maintenance. Don't bother. Skip this company altogether. What started off as a great experience devolved into an extremely frustrating and expensive ordeal. This company has proven that the best interests of the property owners is not a priority. As property managers, their ENTIRE JOB is to be an agent of the property owner and they do not even come close to adequately providing this. Poor communication and no empathy to say the least. Just concerned with money and not people in the slightest. They will reply with some grabage that i see on other reviews bc they love to just give you PC, customer service answers to get you off their back. Cost of living is high enough these days, that you dont need the added anxt of where youre going to live next when you get a foreclosure notice, followed by gaslighting and then ultimately an ubrubt change in management back to the owner that we only found out through a ... read more
