It's been an amazing house in an great area, great experience and leaving after 5 years is bittersweet. Thank you. Easy to pay rent and the online petal made scheduling maintenances easy. Edit: I wanted to edit this... we had a window that was not sealed and letting air in through a gap between the window and the house. They looked at it once said they were working on it, closed the help ticket, and we never heard back.
About average for a property manager. Rent is ~$50 higher than advertised bc of a mandatory subscription, maintenance requests need to be submitted through a clunky system, getting in touch with a human isn't easy, etc.
I always had the best and quick response from the property mgmt team regarding any question on my property. And just now the blue team addressed a specific technical issue with documentation. Really appreciate it!
Only positive experiences with CRPM. The Accounting department is always helpful and kind.
