This company is not here for you, they are not willing to help you, and they will argue with you in the most unprofessional way. I was charged $400 in tickets, and could have been 4x that much. Staff makes decisions for you, and is disorganized. They are also the least friendly and hardest to contact. I have lived with them for only 2 years and had to break the lease early for school.
