I am extremely dissatisfied with the care I received. The physician demonstrated a dismissive attitude and poor bedside manner. My concerns were not addressed appropriately, and the follow-up treatment was inadequate and unprofessional.
Excellent Dr with the worse front desk people in the country ! My Dr ordered an oxygen device over three weeks nobody has contacted me. I have left numerous voice mails and no one has returned my calls !
Dr Greene is one of the most amazing, competent and caring doctors I have ever met. She diagnosed a hiatal hernia and silent reflux asthma, after my seeing multiple other doctors, several surgeries that were useless. After a year of no one understanding why i couldn't talk, breathe and not cough 24/7 she did and put a plan of action into place to resolve the issue. It's been six months, and because of her, I have my life back.
This woman filled in for my mom's pulmonologist while she was in ICU. She was mean and nasty and when I had a question, she actually said, "you had your chance last night to ask questions" and additional hateful wordS towards my brother and me. I had to fire her. I told her to not step foot in my mom's room ever again. Even worse, she's the one who signed my mother's Death Certificate, even though I had fired her! Disgusting. She is a horrible human being.
They are so busy that I can’t get in to the see the actual doctor for 4 weeks out. They try to put you into a PA but sometimes you feel you need to see the doctor. Policy is that labs or X-rays can’t be discussed over the phone, you need an appointment. Now I have to wait 4 weeks for CT review. Dr Greene is not my doctor. I see another at CPI. I like my doctor when I can see her. Just frustrated to getting a sooner appt
