This practice is difficult to get into. After an initial appt, that I had to get my internist to intervene that I might be seen, I called for additional information concerning symptoms I was having. The case coordinator called me back, took down some facts but 48 hour later I have yet to hear from a medical person.... Not what I would consider appropriately responsive.
