Update 3/13/26: I continue to grow and benefit from everything I had done and learned in the past year+! I keep waiting or the “honeymoon phase” to wear off, but it hasn’t. This is my new normal and I am extremely grateful to Colorado Psychiatry Solutions for guiding me and allowing me to find my way back to happiness. No one deserves to feel the way I did for so long. I would change nothing about my experience. Had a lot of anxiety going to see a psychiatrist because I expected a much more “serious” and dispassionate environment, but Aubrey was very friendly, maintained her professional disposition, and managed to fit so much into our session. I will be returning.
