I have never in my life seen such terrible customer service. The office staff is incompetent people handling the phones. Clearly they have no idea what they are doing. In the health care industry, I would expect and have seen experienced and compassionate office support, but not here. They messed up on a reschedule appointment and charged me for NO SHOW appointment and then have the nerve to take the time out to fill out a billing dispute form. It WAS your error NOT MINE !!
