They fail to protect customer information and confidentiality. They sent me a different patient's bill which contained personal information. They don't care about helping you or getting you the proper help you need. You are just a pay pig to them. They've manipulated me into removing my 1 star reviews before saying that they'll fix their billing mistakes. Untrustworthy office.
I have been seeing Alison for 13 years and she’s incredible. I’m surprised that the rating for CO Psych Care isn’t higher. The front desk staff is always very kind and remembers me. I’ve also seen Merle off and on through the years and she’s absolutely wonderful as well. As someone who has been going to this practice long term I HIGHLY recommend them.
I would definitely not recommend this practice. Their main concern is money more over than patient care. In addition to the lack of follow thru for prescription needs. If you are expecting a call back then it’ll be either close to eob that day or possibly days later if that. It’s definitely common to let you go without medication over a co-pay or previous balance.
Colorado Psych Care has provided me with excellent, full-service mental health support for the last 7-8 years.
