Would not recommend, doctor did not take concerns seriously and when you finally get them to order a referral for something it takes weeks to get done, receptionists are not helpful and rude when you call asking about YOUR OWN MEDICAL INFO.
Staff was very knowledgeable, professional and was pleased with first visit ;)
This is the most ghetto, unprofessional doctor's office I have ever been to. I've tried to give them multiple chances, and they continue to disappoint. Am a 65-year old Medicaid patient who has been with Dr. Fine and Office since winter 2013. Have seen many improvements over time in this growing practice, including more specialists and support staff to assist him in matters not requiring his level of expertise. He is smart, direct and informed. Paul, business manager, has been working hard to update office procedures and patient accessibility to one's medical records, etc, with an online Portal. This doctor is the rudest most condescending doctor I have ever met in my life. He spends maybe two or three minutes with you and then puts you right away in for your next appointment with a pa or a nurse assistant. He does not care about his patients, he told me he was just trying to run a business. I would not recommend this doctor in any way shape or form. I am looking for a new doctor right away and I would tell my friends and family to avoid this Dr if you desire any type of decent care.

I have been a patient of Dr. Fine's for many years and have always found him to be efficient, effective and well informed in treating me. I have had several serious health problems which Dr. Fine has diagnosed correctly and treated effectively. I trust Dr. Fine and have found him to be prudent in the use of drugs and other medical procedures. I would recommend Dr. Fine to anyone wanting a primary care physician who specializes in internal medicine.
