Would not recommend, doctor did not take concerns seriously and when you finally get them to order a referral for something it takes weeks to get done, receptionists are not helpful and rude when you call asking about YOUR OWN MEDICAL INFO.
Staff was very knowledgeable, professional and was pleased with first visit ;)
This is the most ghetto, unprofessional doctor's office I have ever been to. I've tried to give them multiple chances, and they continue to disappoint. If looking for a new doctor, please run far away from here. Do yourself a favor and find a professional practice. Am a 65-year old Medicaid patient who has been with Dr. Fine and Office since winter 2013. Have seen many improvements over time in this growing practice, including more specialists and support staff to assist him in matters not requiring his level of expertise. He is smart, direct and informed. Paul, business manager, has been working hard to update office procedures and patient accessibility to one's medical records, etc, with an online Portal.
