We highly recommend Colorado Preferred Roofing! Mark and his team installed our roof about five years ago, and we've been very happy with the quality of their work. After a recent hailstorm, Mark's son Alan came out to inspect the roof and was professional, honest, and very helpful. It's great to work with good people who stand behind their work and truly care about their customers. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to family and friends.
I had new gutters installed through this company. Maria was very helpful throughout this process, she provided a thorough initial inspection and helped with minor repairs, and helped me as a new homeowner to know what to keep an eye on. I give 4 stars because the scheduling was quite difficult, it was over a month from my quote to when my gutters were actually installed. Although the majority of homes in my area suffered significant roof damage, my house did not. Jason seemed pleasantly surprised and was eager to share the honest results with me. Allan A. came out right away and inspected our roof. He repaired our flashing day of and certified our roof for 5 years. He also sent us an immediate quote after he met with his team regarding siding that needed replacing, along with videos and photos that he sent from the roof.
