Stupid place that you can't get ahold of. I received a bill from Dr Brayden Boyd Ashdown and they said I had to pay with a check (who has checks? are we living in 1982?) or a money order (something my mom used to get when I was a kid, what??) as with most people living in 2023 we use credit and debit CARDS. Same as everyone else here. Never received a bill. No call, no email, no mail. Got sent to collections over a bill under $50.

Atrocious. Just as others have said, the inability to pay online or by phone is embarrassing for this group. I do not own checks. I'm supposed to go to the bank to have them issue a 36 dollar check? And then mail it only to have my bill moved to collections like so many other reviewers? This company is beyond embarrassing.

It’s almost like they don’t even want to be paid. I have tried to pay the bill and they won’t take my money. Had to call multiple times to even speak anyone. No one answered the first few times, I couldn’t understand the first person I talked to, the second hung up on me, and the third just told me they don’t accept phone, online, or credit card payments. Payment accepted only by mail with check.
