I feel like this review is long over due. We have been with Colorado Pal for over a year and I have to say their staff is unmatched. They radiate love, kindness, understanding, and advice. There have been many times where I have been so emotionally overwhelmed and someone will pick up the phone and guide me through my emotions and fears. Colorado palliative and hospice care provided truly excellent care for my mother-in-law and our entire family during her final months of life. Monica our intake nurse listened carefully and always made certain that we understood everything that was going to happen with her care. Our primary nurse, Nikki was truly one of a kind. She treated us like family and helped us every step of the way. She and the wonderful social worker KC helped make arrangements for her to realize her final travel wish. If I could rate you as a -10 I would. I do not recommend at all! I'm constantly being lied to about my medicines being delivered in the care I'm supposed to be receiving. I do not recommend at all not whatsoever I'm constantly being lied to you about my deliveries and dosages feeling being lied to constantly. Please for the sake of your loved ones do not use this company. I'm not sure that the nurses aren't taking my meds I do not recommend!
The care, compassion, knowledge and support that my grandmothers team has provided her has been absolutely phenomenal! Being an out of state relative it eases my heart to know that she is in great hands and truly being looked after and cared for. They have gone the extra mile and extended help and support to our family as well, I couldn’t ask for a better team of people! I’m so thankful!
