I was not impressed with this office. My first appt started ok, the M.A. was super friendly. Then the provider came in, not sure of her name, and began asking me questions that I had answered in their 19 page packet of paperwork I was given ahead of the appt. (Btw, I had to go to the office to pick this paperwork up, it is not available online or mailed to the patient.) The total time with said provider was maybe 15 to 20 minutes. She then said I would be contacted to schedule an MRI and told to make an appt for 3 weeks late... read more

Stay away from this pain clinic! I went in for my monthly appointment & Sean the medical assistant told me right off that I had to do a urine sample, I became confused since I did one last month and asked him why? In the past when I have been asked to do one they have me do it at the end of my appointment before I leave. Anyway, Sean was very rude to me & in my face telling me if I want to be seen I had to do the urine sample first prior to being seen. My husband gets off work early to be told that since he didn’t have new patient paperwork filled out prior (btw he was not a new patient as he has already been there THIS YEAR), and was not there 45 min early (which he was never told to be), they would have to reschedule. Nope, that will not be happening. My husband is in construction, and was coming from Denver. What a waste! It is sad that a great doctor such as Dr. Feldman has to work with such idiots.

I haven’t even been here. I have been trying to get a hold of someone in the office for over a week, left messages, nothing. I don’t want to be a patient here if this is how it’s starting off.
