This has to do with their billing and records office. I went in 2 years ago and gave them my insurance card. They were unable to tell me what the cost would be for my visit (if any) and said they would bill me. I am assuming they mailed my bill to the address on my license and not the address I gave them? I never got a bill, a call or anything. I would have happily gave them a credit card for the $200 visit. 2 years later I am in process of buying a house and they referred my account to a collections agency damaging my credi... read more
