Dr Jacobs was very thorough explaining my issues at my visits. He explained the cataract surgery and made me feel very confidant with his expertise. The surgery went very well and I had no complications. He has very cordial personality and put me at ease during the surgery. I highly recommend Dr JacobsÂ
If I could give zero, I would. While a perfectly nice person, Dr. Jacobs has been EXTREMELY misleading! After having cataract surgery, I discovered that the estimate they showed me was actually not a total... they failed to include the surgery center fees, the anesthesiology fees, and the anesthesiologist fees. Forward 4.5 years and my vision is terrible. I returned to the office to discover that a membrane had grown between my eye and the artificial lens. I had both eyes operated on for cataracts (separated by 2 weeks). Both we not only successful, I can not only read the papers without glasses my distant vision is excellent. All this without any pain or discomfort.
