I have been going to the eye doctor for almost 30 years. I have never had to present my eye insurance info because the insurance doesn’t issue policy ID cards. This was my first and last experience with your services. Usually, I have presented my DOB, SSN, and insurance provider and the rest was figured out. I even know that I have the high plan. Not sure if this is your standard procedure. Most places don’t do this.

Got Lasik this weekend from Dr. Ammonds at TLC. The staff at Colorado Opthamology has provided care over the weekend and is constantly checking in on me. Before the procedure I was very nervous and had all of my many questions answered by the doctor and his staff.
Dr. Patterson is the best! He handled my cataract surgeries and took excellent care of me. The cataracts are gone and I have 20/20 vision for the first time in probably 55 years. So great - I highly recommend COA!
