I normally do not leave negative reviews, but after multiple experiences at this office, I feel like people should know what to expect. From the moment you walk in, the front desk staff and overall office environment feel incredibly disorganized and unfriendly. Every visit has felt chaotic, and the communication between staff members seems all over the place. I could not be more impressed with everyone at COC -- I had a very last minute and urgent need and everyone did all that they could to help. Dr. Alan Margolis was kind and thorough; if I could give him 10 stars I would!
We just love Dr Margolis! He's patient, caring and everything you want a provider who ultimately guards your vision/sight. Our 91 y/o father just had his annual exam & won't go to anyone else. Dr Margolis's experience in eye care for diabetic patients adds a level of comfort we truly appreciate!
