Sergeant Thiel told me no dogs on the property, I have a service dog with her service vest on. He told me to leave no dogs on the property. I was getting my papers out of my wallet. Sergeant Thiel kicked my dog in the mouth she lost 3 teeth.
Sgt Thiel needs remedial training on basic citizens rights and, sadly, the law.
-Sergent Thiel is under-educated and a complete embarrassment. Also seems very unstable.
