I just called the company to become a client. I spoke with a woman and she didn't sound like she spoke fluent in English. Or maybe she wasn't talking into the phone I don't know. What I asked if she took a certain insurance , I couldn't understand her. Then I asked her how long the company had been in business , and she hung up. Reading the reviews on this place.I guess i'm not surprised.
Been working with CMS for a number of years now, and hands-down, one of the best providers in the Denver Metro area. Nick takes the time to make sure his clients walk out with the proper instructions and the proper products. I’m not only have a CPAP machine, but I also have an oxygen machine. Both have helped my sleep tremendously, hat off to the great customer service.
Worst supply to date..his receptionist says he'll show up between 3'5..I waited..he doesn't show..and then blames his recipient for scheduling he doesn't know about..not ok
My experience with CMS, and Nick specifically, has been great! I recommend anyone who needs anything respiratory to go through this company! He is super knowledgeable as he has a background as a RT and can help with higher flow oxygen needs. He also has phenomenal customer service skills.
