On June 4th at about 3:25 PM, I called Colorado Medical Solutions regarding services. Unfortunately, the representative who sounded very nasally and snippy was curt and dismissive. When I asked for clarity about the “consultant” process, I was met with rudeness instead of clarity. Given the poor communication and attitude, I decided not to pursue any appointments. I can’t recommend Colorado Medical Solutions highly enough. Dr. Jones is both highly knowledgeable and a genuinely good teacher. What stands out is that he’s been through this himself—he understands obesity and the use of GLP-1s and peptides from real experience, not just textbooks. That shows in how he works with patients. I've been very happy with Colorado Medical Solutions. The staff is knowledgeable, supportive, and the coaching has been very helpful. They take the time to explain things clearly and make sure I understand my plan. I appreciate their professionalism and guidance.
