This review is based on my experience so far and will be updated based on how well the rest of the process goes with installation. We had the sales consultant Andy come to our house to talk through options and give us an estimate. The estimate was higher than others we have got but he assured us (for 4 hours) that the quality was great and we were getting a rebate from Costco. All of the above: Poor quality, poor value, not professional, not responsive, not on time. My new bathtub was a 3-5-day project. After installing, removing, reinstalling, swearing and being frustrated with the install, it took almost a month. Another month to repair the botched wall and faulty faucet. A new faucet installed months later. No discount! Nobody in our 27-unit building will ever hire these unprofessionals! It’s as done as it will be, but it will never be beautiful
Have a new shower in 3 days?? Next month will be the 1 year mark!!!! It took over 7 months for our install, and it is still not complete. The sales rep took the wrong measurments, forcing us to have to use a different base, which led us to have to return the flooring we picked out, and never told us that we had to relocate the shower fixtures to the other side of the shower. Not worth the money. My husband and I were connected to jacuzzi/Colorado Costco. A salesman named Tim came to our house and gave us quotes on a new shower… all VERY high. But we desperately needed our shower fixed and wanted something that would last a long time. Enticed by the 10% off if you pay today, we decided it would be worth it. Kas and Dan took out my bathtub and installed a walk in shower for me..they did an awesome job very clean..I will recommend them and the company to my friends and family ..Thank you Kas and Dan
