RecommendedI spent several hours at this establishment with my family while we were passing through and our car broke down. We were stranded and didn’t have much we could do. The folks in the coffee shop were more than welcoming and let us hang around inside while we waited on our vehicle to be diagnosed and fixed. I’ve been going to Colorado Legacy for my coffee for about 3 years now, and I absolutely love their products! The Mexican Chiapas is one of my favorites, definitely worth a try!

I struggle with making good coffee. I recently started making pour-over coffees in my office. It was bitter and acidic, my tummy doesn't like that. I was going to ask my facebook friends about coffee when I remembered @ColoradoLegacy and the super awesome family at the Palisade Farmers Market. I reached out and got the info I needed. Made a cup of their medium roast Sumatra this morning. So so so so smooth, WOW! I am in love with coffee again!
