Their patient portal is useless. I've been going there for about six months now and I still can't get in. First, the portal didn't recognize me as a patient until a month ago. Next, it didn't recognize my email. The number on the bottom of the patient portal to call for help, is a fax machine, so you can't call to get help. Needless to say, I still can't use it.
