A small tree fell on the gutter over my front porch and damaged it. No damage to roof or fascia. Colorado Gutter Professionals came out the day after I contacted them and gave me a reasonable estimate. We set up an appointment for work to be done. This happened to be Dec.22, the day that the high temp didn't get to 0 degrees. We rescheduled for several days later. I truly enjoyed the craftsmanship and their professionalism. Their concern for my project was exceptional. I will hire this company again if I ever need gutter work.
Colorado Gutter Professionals replaced all of my gutters and downspouts. They did a terrible job when it came to the french drains. Called them back several times and they still didn't fix the issues even though I provided them with video and pictures of water draining out of the sides of parts they had installed. After more calls and e-mails from me, they have refused to correct the problems they created. We have record of going out to this homeowner's home a total of 6 times trying to resolve issues and going far beyond what we originally had on the estimate and beyond what we were ever paid for.In November of 2020, she complained the gutters were leaking, but upon watching the video they were not leaking, they were overflowing.
