Was at the office on March 12 with every bill paid to my knowledge. Never received a bill, call or anything that I owed any money till this morning. Then get a call this morning that I owe them $71 and they sent me to a debt collector. I was in the physical office the day before they sent me to collections. Don’t trust their back office. What kind of business does this?
0 Stars if it was possible to rate as such. HORRIBLE. Dr. Frank walked in the room and started arguing with because my PCP thought more GI test should be done and had them performed. He is just quick to give you a label of IBS and send you on yours way with diet recommendations. Dr. Frank has no bedside manner and completely rude. 0 stars. I will never go back to Dr. Frank again.
Dr. Rufner has been such a professional and has helped explain what is going on in terms I can understand. He has been awesome and kind as we learn what the heck is wrong with me.
