Dr. Brenner is absolutely one of the Best Gastroenterologist. She is compassionate, kind and is a great listener. Dr. Brenner treats the patient with value and is genuinely concerned about helping to improve my health.
This is the most disorganized doctor’s office I’ve ever encountered. A list of grievances from the past year: 1. LOST a simple form I needed to get my sick time retroactively covered by a state benefit (FAMLI leave), and then when I sent them a new PDF to fill out they didn’t get it back to me for 3 weeks despite me calling repeatedly. At that point the due date for the form was passed. 2. They’ve repeatedly submitted incorrect prescriptions to my pharmacy. I cannot stress this enough- Dr. Rufner is the best doctor that I have ever had in my life. I came to him incredibly ill from a flare-up. I was currently going to Rocky Mountain Gastro, where I experienced medical neglect. I had anemia due to the flare up, had lost 15 pounds and was experiencing medical grade fatigue. He saw right away and very clearly that they were not treating my flare up correctly for my UC as a whole correctly. He put me on meds and I was feeling better within a week. professional friendly staff made me feel comfortable for operation
As an Office /Call Center Manager, I take pride in providing the best customer service possible. I have NEVER experienced such poor customer service as I did this morning. I arrived early to my appointment (I was told to check in at 8 AM, I arrived 20 minutes early as I had never been to this office before) and I was patiently waiting outside the office.
