This location was closed for a break, so I was waiting for them to unlock the door. I observed a female staff and I heard her state, "Oh my God, there is someone already at the door." I should of just gone home, but you get desperate when you are experiencing severe pain regularly. I absolutely do not recommend CO Gastroenterology. They are some of the least professional people I have ever encountered in a doctor's office. I had an initial new patient appointment in late October, scheduled for 1:00pm. I went to the office at 12:45pm, at which point I found out they close and lock doors for lunch from 12:30-1 every day. I waited outside with a couple other people, both of of whom were drug reps, until 1:10 as no one had unlocked the office door after lunch break. We knocked on the door and I even tried ... read more
Provider was fine, but their billing was a total mess. I was billed three times for a single biopsy.
Overall disappointing experience. I had a preventive colonoscopy and everything seemed to go well during the procedure. The doctor (name withheld) offered to consult with another physician about the results but never returned the phone call when the physician contacted him. Very unprofessional. I was told I would get the biopsy results within 7 days but only received a phone call after 10 days and didn't even receive a voicemail, i just happened to see a missed call.
