I have had two positive experiences with this practice. Back in 2016, my partner had a severe illness and c. diff, which was causing rapid weight loss. The receptionist did a fantastic job triaging my call. Based on this triage, Dr. Rufner was able to get my partner in quickly, get a procedure scheduled. The procedure helped my partner immensely. I recently met with Dr. Seija for a consultation and I appreciated his professional and respectful manner.
Bad practice Took 3 days to call back about medication. They forgot to call me about biopsy. I recommend going elsewhere.
Editing my review from 1 star 6/2025– I am staying with this office because Dr. Rufner is a really amazing physician and advocate. I follow up promptly and frequently with the office staff about prescriptions, etc. and things are seeming more organized- I think because I am so anal and also they hired more staff. This is the most disorganized doctor’s office I’ve ever encountered. A list of grievances from the past year: 1. DR services were great but when it comes to billing not very happy. I gave them 2 insurances and what happens, they still send me to collections for a copay.
Dr. Brenner is absolutely one of the Best Gastroenterologist. She is compassionate, kind and is a great listener. Dr. Brenner treats the patient with value and is genuinely concerned about helping to improve my health.
