The care itself was mediocre. My first visit for new GI symptoms was fine and gave me some helpful tips that I could have found on a blog without a copay. A few months later, when I needed an endoscopy to search for signs of damage including the possibility of celiac disease, I was given the wrong guidance for preparation - they told me I could continue on a gluten-free diet. I didn’t visit the Denver location but it would appear this is where the majority of reviews are so in fear of people not seeing it like I didn’t, I am leaving my review here. I wish I had seen all these reviews of “Dr.” Brennar before I made an appointment. She is a horrible doctor and I feel weird even calling her by that title. She was so condescending and rude to me. Update after over a year: (they doxxed me so I had to delete my review) I was right!!! I found out it was Spironolactone making my stomach lining fall out and I was very malnourished by the time I found out in March of 2025, my teeth were loose, my hair was falling out. I was down 80lbs by the time I got help. Thanks Dr. Trouillot!!!! For the extra 30lbs gone in those 3 months!!!! And a stomach bleed <3 !!! I have been going to CO GI for years and at the beginning they were unresponsive they have been better and more diligent up until November. Starting in November I started have side effects to the meds I’m on and chatted thru portal with the Dr and they were going to switch my meds. I have called, emailed, and messaged in the portal with minimal to no response from them and the few I’ve talked to hand me off to a full voicemail or say they don’t have the experience to help me. I was Diagnosed with C. Diff called in the rx twice 3 days apart then called me several times to relay the exact same results. Finished my treatment course and was still having a lot of issues but could never get a phone call back let alone an appointment. I’m now at a BMI of 14 and having to get a feeding tube with my new GI. My entire care team has been appalled by the amount of medical neglect displayed. If you want help don’t come here
