These last few months, I have been going to see Dr. Dobbs for shock therapy of my plantar fascia. The staff is always very professional and friendly, and is always on time. Dr Dobbs always makes me feel welcome and has wonderful bedside manner. I would recommend Colorado Foot and Ankle to anyone looking to get the best care in the Colorado Springs area. My treatment was very successful and Dr Dobbs me return to full activity pain-free!!
Unfortunately, I have to change my review and it has nothing to do with Dr Dobbs but, with Dr Briggs. I had a scan scheduled and I received a voice mail the morning of my appointment that they needed to reschedule. I received the voice mail an hour prior to my scheduled appointment. When I called the office I was told that I could "pop" in anytime but, they asked if I could provide a time. I told them that I could be in around 9am. I appreciate staying very active but I have various ongoing foot issues. Today Dr. Fassman at Colorado Foot and Ankle permanently removed a problem toenail. Dr. Fassman makes me feel at ease in maintaining my foot health. Highly recommend.
Dr. Gessner does a great job. Explained everything clearly and gave me the choice of what I wanted done. We talked about the timing of when to get it completed. He is working around a couple of trips I have coming up.
Dr Gessner is amazing! He is kind, funny, compassionate, but to the point. He took time to not only go over the details of my injury, and each of my xrays, but my billing as well. His team is fast and efficient and easy to communicate with. I have no complaints about this office at all. My only wish is that I had seen Dr Gessner in the first place so my treatment would not gave been so delayed!
