In 2020 Dr. Anderson and his office manager charged me for a procedure they said I had done on my face, even though my visit was only for a 6 month body check with a PA. They refused to dismiss my bill until we told them we were reporting them for insurance fraud. He finally agreed and said he was going to remove the statement and contact my insurance company indicating they made an error. Well... he never did that, and my insurance company said the bill was still showing and if I hadn’t checked and was made aware of that it... read more

Saw Dr. Bielfield yesterday 7/18/18. He was the most thorough dermatologist I had ever been to in my life. I can’t say enough about how comprehensive he was in giving my complete body scan. (Location Lake Ave. )

I recently changed dermatologists and I'm glad I did. CDI (Dr. Bielfield) did a thorough skin exam, and sent off two sections for a biopsy. One came back suspicious but was caught in time before it spread. My previous dermatologist saw me once a year and spent 60 and out in the sun. I can't say enough good things about both Dr. Bielfield and Dr. Anderson. If I had gone to my old dermatologist and nothing was done on this one spot, who knows how fast it would have spread.

very frustrating just trying to CALL them! I gave up trying to make an appointment. Just today, for my husband's surgery, I left a detailed and urgent message and request and 1.5 hours after leaving that message, I received a voice mail asking me to contact them and tell them what they "could do for me"!!! Too late to do any thing about it today - they are closed. Very frustrated. The treatment may be fine, but not the office practices, processes.

Had a biopsy four weeks ago. Was told that I would have the results within two weeks. Have followed up two more times. No one has returned my calls.
